Dans un premier temps, je pensais traduire "securities seal" par "sceau officiel". Toutefois, le terme "official seal" apparaît également dans le document.
"If the company has a securities seal, it may only be affixed to securities by the Company secretary".
Il s'agit donc d'un sceau que l'on appose sur les titres émis par une société.
Comment appelle-t-on ce genre de sceau en français ?
