Добрый вечер. Не могу понять смысл предложения из-за вот этой фразы media spread budget
The AGENCY shall receive for its services under this Agreement a fee net of any indirect taxes (VAT etc) 1,3 % of the actual expenditures by COMPANY from the media spread budget of COMPANY for the Brands within the Countries named in Annex 1 of ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT as of December 20th, 2010 to the CONTRACT.
