I'm having a bit of trouble with what "d'en garantir les assurances" is referring to here?
Is it referring to the staff required to have insurance for driving?
Or have I got the completely wrong meaning?

With apologies for using ensure and insured in the same phrase. The driving concerned could be fork-lifts etc. The contractor is responsible for the staffing, equipment and insurance of materials handling.

: I wonder if more information in the text might lead to "provide them with insurance" and thus avoid "ensure... insurance." But we don't have enough information to ascertain that.
