Fazem hoje, 23 de abril, exatos 20 anos que Roberto Goizueta e Don Keough reuniram a imprensa mundial, no Lincoln Center em Nova York, para anunciar aquele que seria considerado posteriormente " o erro crasso de marketing do século ". A tentativa frustrada de mudar o sabor da coca-cola, baseada em pesquisas que não levaram em conta fatores como personalidade dos consumidores ou hábitos de consumo.
