El Franquiciado reconoce que el presente documento le ha sido entregado con una antelación superior a los veinte (20) días de la firma del mismo. Reconoce igualmente que lo ha leído, manifiesta que lo entiende y acepta obligarse por sus términos y condiciones, y que los mismo, constituyen el completo y total acuerdo entre las partes, sustituyendo o prevaleciendo sobre cualesquiera contratos anteriores, sustituyendo o prevaleciendo sobre cualesquiera comunicaciones habidas entre las partes en relación con el objeto del presente contrato.

: Or: "that have taken place"; "that have occurred", etc. // I think that the reason that your spot on suggestion hasn't garnered more "agrees" is that, in isolation, it sounds incoherent. Yet when plugged into the sentence, it is of course correct....

interesting, thought there would be debate about prior vs previous. On reflection, I think 'prior' implies a deliberate act (as in prior arrangements) rather than simply 'occuring before' so I now stick to my suggestion, and thank you for the support
