Item All Certificate

English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Dear all,
I was asked to proofread an Arabic Registration Certificate of a company. The Arabic text is translated from English. The first source language is Japanese.
The title of the Registration Certificate reads as follows:

"AT Present: Item All Certificate
xxx Company Ltd."

Followed by the body of the certificate.

Does "At Present: Item All Certificate" make any sense?

Many thanks in advance!
Ali

What do you mean by registration certificate? Are you referring registration of corporation with a national government? Can you say what country? That might help make sense of the phrase.

No ! It doesn't really make any sense, but difficult to know what should be the correct title without knowing the Japanese or Arabic.
