lightweight protective poured concrete / lightweight protective filled concrete

1) Here is the basic definition:
http://www.kentikulink.net/architectjiten/ag04/ag04_096.html
押えコンクリート
よみ:おさえこんくりーと
屋根や床面の防水層の保護のために打つコンクリートで、軽量コンクリートを使っている。

2) The above definition mentions 押えコンクリート using 軽量コンクリート which is "lightweight concrete." I would guess this is because it goes over several other layers.

3) Here are 2 websites with plans on the subject. Please see page one which has the various layers followed by押えコンクリート

Here is a site with lots of photos and the last part is about "打ち終わ" or finishing the pouring of the concrete.

打ち終わり2時間後の風景。。 土砂降り..なんかグッタリ。
PS: About two hours after the concrete pouring work was finished, the skies suddenly opened up. It was a true cloud burst. We can just hope the concrete will be OK.

Since 押えコンクリート is 打つコンクリート (poured/placed/filled concrete) that is also a 軽量コンクリート, I am describing it as "lightweight protective placed concrete /lightweight protective poured concrete."

neutral cinefil : 「打たない」コンクリートはないのでは?

My understanding here is pre-made slabs versus filled/poured on site (in situ).
