Je donne en référence l'explication Wikipedia de cette loi.
Par principe, le titre d'une loi ne se traduit jamais.
Vu le contenu de cette loi, il me semble difficile d'en donner une traduction de référence même entre parenthèses.
Eventuellement une note explicative en renvoi.
Elle se substitue en partie à d'autres lois existantes, a été amendée plusieurs fois et certaines parties ne sont pas d'application en Ecosse.
