raised floor / raised flooring = pavimento galleggiante / flottante / sopraelevato

"pavimento galleggiante" o "pavimento flottante" = pavimento sopraelevato

Il pavimento sopraelevato o meno correttamente chiamato anche "pavimento galleggiante" o "pavimento flottante" è composto fondamentalmente da pannelli di dimensione standard 60x60 cm e da un telaio metallico di sopraelevazione.

A raised floor (also raised flooring) is a type of floor used in office buildings (such as IT data centers) with a high requirement for servicing to carry cables, wiring, and electrical supply. Additional structural support and lighting are often provided when a floor is raised enough for a person to crawl or even walk beneath.

Peer comment(s):

agree Mr Murray (X) : lots of names for this depending precisely its use...I suspect it's the type in your second example - but, I'd still use 'floating floor' to be safe. You actual answer doesn't have 'floating floor' but your explanation does. So, I agree.

Floating floor

Floating floor exists in English construction use, but I'm not convinced that's the type here. Still, here's a Wikipedia entry for 'floating floors'.
