An eviction for nonpayment of rent is the legal process of expelling a tenant from occupying a property. The eviction process in Miami, Florida is very complicated has very strict rules and deadlines that the landlord must know and obey in order to avoid delays and legal liability. An eviction for non-payment of rent has become very common in today's economy and current Miami real estate market.

Cordish Company to Roll Out Power & Light District One Project at a Time
They are already taking deposits and selling condos in the hotel tower with a full rollout of their other units in the casino and convention areas scheduled for Nov 15

opened (to the public)
I disagree with the most popular answer (launch), which is commonly used for new products - not for buildings. Another option would be "inaugurated" (if some type of ceremony is involved).

Correction: In the context given, that would be "opening" ("the opening of a new building")

Example sentence:
"building was launched in" = 5,040 Google hits (all probably attributable to non-native speakers)

ground breaking cerimony
I don't know if you would "launch" a building, it sounds wrong. Any way if the idea is like the start of works, I would say ground breaking or laying the first brick. Open to the public is more like "inauguração" rather than lançamento
Something went wrong...
