English term
Stereoisomer of 22-[(3-amino-3, 6 - dideoxy - β - D - mannopyranosyl)
English to French
Medical
Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng
natamycine
"Stereoisomer of 22-[(3-amino-3, 6 - dideoxy - β - D - mannopyranosyl)oxy] - 1,3,26 - trihydroxy - 12 - methyl - 10 - oxo - 6,11,28 - trioxatricyclo[22.3.1.05,7] octacosa-8,14,16,18,20- pentaene-25-carboxylic acid",

It is also listed here, but no site is leading to the entire French equivalent!!

You would have thought that the CAS number, and the molecular formula would lead you to something in French wouldn't you??
good luck!

You'll find more or less the 2 versions you quote, definitely referring to the same molecule.
Unfortunately, with such complex molecules, alternative ways of naming them systematically can be devised, according to how you break the molecule down into nameable sub-entities.
I hope this helps.
