Es geht um die Ankündigung einer bestimmten Unternehmensstrategie seitens des CEO.

In diesem Mitarbeiterschreiben heißt es: "Some of you have already imputed into the questionnaire".

Bedeutet "imputed into" hier einfach nur, dass sie den Fragebogen ausgefüllt haben?

Sounds right Yes, I think you're right, Brigitte - I think it's more likely to be about commenting on the questionnaire during the design process (having input into it) than about filling it in when it's finished. (Still needs to be spellt "inputted" rather than "inputed", though.)

Als ehemalige Marktforscherin nehme ich mangels Kontext an, dass die Leute etwas zur Entwicklung des Fragebogens beigetragen haben - denn häufig ist so ein Fragebogen eine Teamarbeit/ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt, d.h. verschiedene Gruppen, Abteilungen etc. tragen Fragen dazu bei.

"imputed into" is clearly nonsense, and is presumably a typo for "inputted into" - which is also an unsatisfactory and not-to-be recommended turn of phrase and a roundabout way of saying "filled in" or "completed".
