Perhaps "medical record/file folder/pocket" would be a possibility?

"Millionenfach bewährt" means "millionfold approved" or "tried and tested millions of times over". These "-taschen" may be "envelopes" or "map-cases", but you can also just call them "medical files" - see my web references.

I may be wrong, but it sounds to me like the container rather than the cards. And do you have any more context, such as the full sentence? I don't understand what Millionenfach means here.

They are actually cards, judging by the picture I have and searching google images. I think Tasche possibly refers to the fact that they fold out.

Perhaps "(blank) medical file cards".

I'm not specialized, but here is a suggestion that might point you in the right direction if no experts arrive on the scene soon: "Tasche" is "pouch" or "pocket", i.e. possibly something to keep the records inside of for protection.//I also googled, but there were several different depictions for the term. Sorry if I was not helpful. :-(
