Law (general)
I just don't understand this phrase or the abbreviation. It appears at the end of an accident report.
Paragraph appearing immediatly before:
For these reasons it appears to the investigators that the primary cause of the accident was: AN UNLAWFUL MANEUVER, TURNING AROUND IN A PLACE PROHIBITED FOR VEHICLES INTENDED FOR THE TRANSPORT OF MERCHANDISE, AND NOT OBEYING A STOP SIGN, by the driver of the Scania articulated vehicle with number plate BX06HLE.
*** Todo ello, salvo superior parecer de V.I. ***
Y para que conste, firma la fuerza instructora.

V.I is for Vuestra Ilustrísima. Therefor the literal translation should be Your Illystrious, but honestly I find it so odd for this kind of text!
