Still part of a customs broker brochure, this is one of the services they do for their clients:

Supervisión personalizada en puerto y plazoletas.

I'm not sure what plazoleta is (the company is from Argentina) in this context, so I hope someone with experience in the impo expo field will help.

Shipment can be delivered in port or wait in bonded warehouse untill goods are paid. Honestly, I'm not sure if this is it.
