5. Certificate of registration and Company accident forms shall be carried in all
Company-owned and leased vehicles.
6. Vehicle loading beds must be kept free of oil and grease.
7. Truck and tire load capacities must not be exceeded.
8. The driver of a Company-owned, rented, or leased vehicle must not exceed the
maximum posted speed limit and must always drive at a speed suitable for the condition
of the vehicle, road, traffic, and weather. Where vision is restricted, the driver must slow
to a speed that permits the safe negotiation of curves, hills, or intersections.
9. The following unsafe driving practices are prohibited: violating traffic regulations;
disregarding rights of pedestrians; and deliberate recklessness of any kind.
10. Personnel must not get in or out of a vehicle while it is in motion. Do not drive a vehicle
with a door open or any other compartment unsecured.
