Mam takie zdanie z opisu cwiczen:
"Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, slightly bend your knees. Lean to the right and reach your right hand down toward the outside of the knee, then go back to the upright position.
Then perform the reaches overhead on both sides of your body."

I ta koncowka jest problemem -- czy chodzi o "wyciagnij rece nad glowe i powtorz sklony na boki w obie strony", czy ja to zle rozumiem?
