English to French Medical Medical (general)

Dans un rapport médical établi par un médecin expert et relatif à une personne victime d'un accident de la route :

"Mr X informs me that he has not driven since the accident due to the travek incomfort and anxiety"

puis plus loin :
"For the travel anxiety, no additional treatment is required (...)
For the travel discomfort I recommend referral to a physiotherapist."

Peut-on parler d'angoisse et/ou inconfort "du voyage" ou "des transports" ? Cela ne me semble pas vraiment convenir, et je ne trouve rien de satisfaisant :-( ... Merci de votre aide et de vos suggestions.
