French term

gentillesse

French to English Marketing Marketing Sales
This appears in a document promoting a brand of service stations in Belgium:

Les stations *** abritent en effet également des magasins bien équipés qui offrent aux clients une qualité et un service de tout premier plan. Avec leur **gentillesse** et leur professionnalisme, les gérants viennent compléter ce tableau unique qui incarne la spécificité de l’offre de ***.

I've been struggling to find an English word that conveys the equivalent of "gentillesse" in English without being too cheesy. Good nature is the best I've come up with, but I'm sure there's a better word out there. I'd appreciate your suggestions.

Many thanks!

It's an easy jump to make, from "managers" to "them as what actually works in the place".
Claire Cox (asker) Oct 6, 2009:
But relating to "gérants" What concerns me is that this refers to the "gérants" as opposed to the "exploitants" on the shop floor. My impression is that it refers to the whole management ethos - but perhaps I'm reading too much into it?

agree HugoSteckel : I like "welcoming", although I don't think you can put "atmosphere" if we're referring to the "gérants". It'd have to be the "welcoming, professional staff"

I hope this isn't too cheesy - but in the context of a garage brand I think it may be appropriate.
