French term

planning

French to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
I know that most of the time this refers to schedule, but I am confused tonight about how to translate it within these contexts:

planning de réalisation - Un planning de réalisation les conséquences techniques et financières engendrées s’il y a lieu. (This seems to be missing something...)

Gantt / bar chart

More correctly Gantt chart, colloquially bar chart. Bar charts, however, come in several flavours, though in this case anybody would realize they actually mean strawberry.

Bar Chart
A view of project data that uses horizontal bars on a time scale to depict activity information. Frequently called a Gantt chart.

In this day and age of sustainable development, Mr Gantt (note spelling) should, like Mr Kellogg who is twice as culpable, be prosecuted for overconsumption of letters. The person who inserted the "d" above is an idiot.
Note from asker:
Ah... digressing about strawberries, I decided to eat some wonderfully fresh strawberries from my local farmer's market while I reread your irreverent but always enjoyable response, which our magnificent forum will not let me pick as the answer until tomorrow. Mind you, I still have an issue (grammatical) with one of the three examples I included, but I think I will post that as a separate question. Gantt chart it is, at least in a couple of the examples, and not necessarily in the flavour of lovely succulent organic strawberries...
Peer comment(s):

agree André Vanasse (X) : A Gantt Chart puts all the activities of a project in sequence so that a delay in one activity can delay many more activities.

agree HugoSteckel : agree with "Gantt chart", not "bar chart" which is too unspecific. If a less technical term is sought, how about "projected time line / time scale"?

agree Michael Davies : Yes, Gantt Chart would appear to be the correct translation - if you are looking for a professional term, which I assume you are.

agree John Fossey : Gantt Chart is the term that would be precisely understood in any construction or project management related office.

I wish I could give both of you the points, because actually I think your answer works for part of my question, and I am going to use it for the title of the section, but I was very concerned with the Gantt chart, actually, so I thank you very much for your contribution!
