Likewise I suspect there's a missing slash.
John Peterson Jul 2, 2009:
structure? I'm wondering if there's a missing comma, slash, et or something similar; so what they are saying is that they supply manufacturers, major residential developments/complexes and offices (or service industries): tertiaire covering service sector activities (probably business services here).

I think this refers to large buildings or complexes in the tertiary sector which are also residential such as hospitals, old peoples homes etc.
