I found yrkesbevis on EUR-Lex. The translation of utbildningsbok is just my own suggestion. Apparently there is a difference between the two concepts, see below.
Förare med mindre än 30 månaders erfarenhet erhåller efter godkänd utbildning en så kallad utbildningsbok. När 30 månaders erfarenhet uppnåtts ska boken bytas ut mot ett yrkesbevis.
