First of all, it's Taster (and not Taste) and reset because we are talking about Wiedereinschalten which will reset the relay. If this key has another function in a different context then another term may be appropriate.

This is a difficult one. Modern motor protection relays are sophisticated devices. "Reset" is an option, but might indicate resetting the whole program including trip levels, etc. On the other hand it may be correct if the relay is just a simple thermal miniature circuit breaker (MCB). Really we need more information. At least "enable" implies that the device is no longer "disabled".
