English to Russian Marketing Law: Contract(s)

The Extended Term Licence offering enables partners to commit upfront to 3 years’ use of the product at agreement signing in exchange for a 12% discount. The pricelist will display the 3-year price for these Skus vs. the standard monthly price reflected for all other Skus. 1/3 of this price will be billed annually. The 1st invoice will immediately follow the initial order and subsequent billing will occur on the 1st and 2nd anniversary.
