Martinina is the name of the river ( a fake name)

Pienso que puede ser: "Revestimiento de estanque de almacenamiento ... Martinina Off River...

Off river es como "de pasada" (y este texto habla de una central hidroeléctrica, de pasada) pero no logro unirlo bien, quizá debería agregar una palabra?
