Zea_Mays ha ragione... si tratta di "tangerine green" e non "green tangerine"... per cui credo si possa parlare tranquillamente di **foglie di mandarino**.

Se fossero frutti verdi, dovrebbe essere "green tangerine", l'aggettivo precede il sostantivo.
Qui però green dovrebbe stare per fogliame o sim. (chissà se profumano?)
Nel web invece ci si imbatte spesso in un "tangerine green tea".
