German term
ein einmaliges Telegramm
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Computers: Systems, Networks
Bus systems (PROFIBUS)
Context:
"Ein ... Bereich wird mit einem einmaligem Telegramm gesetzt."
The others are easy enough to look up (Aufruf-Telegramm = request frame, Antwort-Telegramm = response frame) but I can't find anything that is 100%convincing for this. Could it be a "unique frame"? It certainly doesn't seem to be a "one-off frame".

Not a Profibus expert, but the link says:
"The Profibus Slave described herein replies to a Request Telegram sent by the Master with a Response
Telegram. The Profibus ensures continuous transmission of the assigned input and output data sections
between Master and Slave in which the Request and Response Telegrams are filed."
OK, it IS a translation, but it states that there is continuous transmission. So, I believe that in your case it IS a 'one-off' frame, but I might phrase as above.
