Maybe it does not agree with the picture you are describing, but it won't be easy to find an equivalent translation for that expression in Spanish with the word "fire" on it .. Maybe you will need to come up with something that contaning the word "fire" in English to match the image of the man with pants on fire..

En el DRAE el siguiente término es descrito de esta manera: “lero. 1. interj. El Salv. U. para referirse a
una conversación larga e insípida. U. repetida. 2. interj. Guat. U. para expresar burla. U. m. repetida”. La
segunda acepción, atribuida solamente a Guatemala, no sólo me pareció insuficiente en términos de
definición, sino que, siendo yo mexicana, me extrañó que no fuera atribuida también a mi país, donde se
