Non-PRO French to English Bus/Financial Law: Taxation & Customs tax
In the tax legislation, specifcally in the "Livre des Procedures Fiscales":

'Evaluation d'office pour opposition a controle fiscal (art. 1730 du Code General des Impots)

Can't find a definition anywhere, even though this term seems used both in Belgian and French tax legislation.
