The masculine is Padui, Peh-Dalet-Waw-Yod, and the feminine is Peduyah, Peh-Dalet-Waw-Yod-He’.
Note from asker:
I've never read Hebrew before and with the font so small/not great quaility (at least on my side) I'm having a hard time determining what the last letters are supposed to be. Could you verify them for me? Thanks
Peer comment(s):

agree Shai Navé : Correct. I didn't notice that the asker requested the adjective. פדוי is the masculine form and פדויה the female

agree Ron Armon : correct, but of course you meant "פדוי and פדויה" - "Paduy" (M) and "Pduya" (F)

פדה, פדתה

M - פדה
F - פדתה
Peer comment(s):

disagree aqanai : She asked for the adjective (i.e., the passive participle), not the past tense of the verb. The correct answer is פדוי and פדויה , as in פדויי הלוים ([Numbers 3:49] במדבר ג:מ"ט).
