*** bonds have been submitted for redemption before their maturity date

As in "A demand to submit bonds to the issuer for redemption before the maturity date" (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/calls'?r=14)

I surely am no expert on the subject, but I was under the impression that "calling" and "redeeming" are rather different things when it comes to bonds. Calling is something the issuer does, while redeeming is the action of the bond holder. And the way I read the source text, it is the bond holders that are cashing in early here. There's more information here- http://www.sec.gov/answers/callablebonds.htm

for the early (ahead of schedule) paying off there were presented ......debenture bonds or:

Or: for an early repayment of the debt there were offered ..... debenture bonds.

might be a viable solution
