I see this in the same way as Karen and co. It's a cream that prolongs the effect of treatment (ie botox injection). You could stick with 'prolonging' as Karen says, or use 'relay' or 'follow-up.'

I wonder whether "prolongateur" needs to be translated directly in the English version- maybe the "extending" is already implied in the term "anti-aging treatment". Just a thought

: I agree because the "prolongateur" refers to the youthfullness of the skin lasting longer, rather than the product lasting longer. It would therefore be wrong to translate it as "long-lasting" and the meansing is implied in "anti-aging"

I thought that "soins" is referring to "treatment".
prolongateur = prolonged (continued over time)
