Rod's comment about "Wirtschaftsgüter" being the tax term is correct, but it's not uncommon to see this sort of mistake in German texts (should be "Vermögenswerte").
If the preparer *is* reporting under HGB/German GAAP, the correct translation is of course "intangible and tangible fixed assets", whereby "intangible fixed assets" is the translation of "immaterielle WG" and "tangible fixed assets" is the translation of "VG des Sachanlagevermögens".
NB: "Abschreibungen" in this context is "depreciation and amortisation".
