English to Russian Bus/Financial Finance (general)

The CONTRACT PRICE shall be a fixed and firm Lump Sum Price, fully inclusive for the whole of the WORKS and shall include without limitation all costs associated with management, supervision, accommodation, labour, materials and plant, testing, maintenance, head office costs, taxes, levies, duties, assessments, all obligations and requirements detailed, shown, referenced or implied in the CONTRACT, overheads and profit.
