Licencjat to to z całą pewnością nie jest. Te "studia" trwają czasem mniej niż 2 lata. W mojej miejscowości jest "akademia", ktora w zasadzie kształci fryzjerów i techniczny "college", który daje dyplomy mechaników samochodowych po 12 miesiącach nauki.
