"El artículo, trata el tema de la extensión de la ciudadanía bajo las dinastías flavia y antonina. Se analiza el gobierno de los flavios, especialmente el de Vespasiano, estudiando sus principales decisiones de gobierno referentes a la ciudadanía, con especial énfasis en el edicto de latinidad para los habitantes de Hispania. En seguida se aborda el gobierno de los antoninos. Se estudia su gobierno y específicamente el discurso a Roma de Elio Arístides y la extensión de la cultura romana gracias a las decisiones de los césares de esta dinastía".

This paper presents the citizenship spreading subject during the Flavian and Antonin Dynasty. The Flavian government is analyzed, especially the Vespasian’s reign, going through Vespasian’s main decisions related to citizenship, to an emphasis in the Edict of Latinitas granted to the citizens from Hispania. Then, the period of the Antonines is studied. Their government and Especially the Elio Arístide’s speech to Rome and the
spreading of the culture achieved due to the the Caesars’ decisions of this dynasty.
