Yes. On the Tools menu, click Options and then click the General tab. Click E-mail Options and then select the Personal Stationery tab. To turn on markup comments, tick the Mark my comments with box. In the box that then appears, type the text (such as your name or initials) that you want to display along with your comments. Only the text you type next to the previously written text in a message will have your name next to it. To turn off marking comments, untick the Mark my comments with box.

De mémoire, l'explication me semble juste (d'ailleurs c'est une fonctionalité très agacante quand on veut reprendre le texte de son interlocuteur).
