Norwegian term

schine

Norwegian to English Medical Medical (general) teeth/oral cavity
This is the other German-looking word that's mentioned in my previous question: sentence:
Man kan også tenke seg å få laget *schine* på tennene med Kerr-vinger.
This query has been put to the client, but there's no response as yet. Any ideas appreciated.

Discussion

Helen Johnson (asker) Feb 21, 2008:
Please excuse me - my software must have gone crazy or something, because the word that was printed off first of all, rather than the one in the sentence I copied out, was 'skinne'. So you're right, valhalla55, and thanks - errant question!
Helen Johnson (asker) Feb 21, 2008:
Must admit, I did wonder about 'brace', although I wasn't sure if it was something to protect the teeth or something to protect surrounding damaged soft tissue from contact with the teeth at times - if there is such a device!
