German term
Höchstbetragspfandrecht
German to English
Bus/Financial
Real Estate
Mortgage Offer
"Grundbuchseintragungsgebühr: 1,2 % vom Höchstbetragspfandrecht"
From an Austrian mortgage offer. The lender is outlining the mortgage offer conditions in bullet point format. I know there is already a Proz entry for this term but I'm confused as to what it means. The mortgage offer being translated relates to a 100% repayment mortgage if that is of any relevance.
Thanks for help

...is what I would call it, whereby you should know that many refer to these also as a "mortgage" or simply a "security interest" (see, eg., http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1921512 ).
