Trebalo bi da je to to. U svakom slucaju je dosjelost prescription. Mislim da neki kao prevod za dosjelost koriste i adverse possession, sto je mozda primjenjivo sam u nekim slucajevima. Dole je objasnjenje i za adverse possession ako je potrebno.
