9.1 Following and during the continuing of any Event of Default, the Administrative Agent will be entitled to enforce the Pledge on behalf of the Secured Parties.
9.2 In order to exercise the ***in rem cause of action***, the Secured Parties, acting through the Administrative Agent, at their own choice, may apply any of the proceedings to which they are legally entitled, including (without limitation) enforcement proceedings for mortgaged or pledged property established under articles 681 – 698 of Law 1/2000 of 7th January of Civil Jurisdiction, or the extra-judicial procedure provided in Article 1,872 of the Civil Code; the use of one type of procedure shall not be deemed to be a waiver of exercise until the Secured Obligations have been paid in full.
