En los glosarios aparece "right arm"; me parece que en este caso este término no aplica. ¿Qué opinan de "executing body / institution"?

Or even the 'the executant arm/branch of', being the company that puts motions into action, but I'm not at all sure you can translate 'ejecutor' as "executive" - Can you? Surely that's a different meaning altogether?
