"In this case, during the enforcement proceedings that will be made to the recognized dealer, he accepts and undertakes to renounce DURATIONS that are in favour of the dealer"
Es un contrato entre farmacéutica y farmacia, y lo que hay antes dice que si entra en bancarrota blah blah, que si no se cumplen las condiciones se cancela el contrato sin notificación alguna. Justo después viene mi duda.
Según he visto, creo que podría ser PLAZOS, pero no termino de entenderlo. Si alguien lo tiene claro, doy las gracias de antemano por la ayuda.
