German term

Bandtrommel

Beispielanwendungen:
Bandtrommel, Brecherrotoren, Präzisionsantriebe

belt drum

From the text, I assume your context is 'Spannsätze / locking assemblies'. If so, see ref. 1 for German, and ref. 2 for English.
Peer comment(s):

agree Steffen Walter : The mention of Brecherrotoren (crusher rotors) points to plant and machinery used in mineral extraction, which is why I think "conveyor/belt drum" fits the bill here.

1. conveyor drum; conveyor pulley; belt drum 2. tape reel; tape drum

Bandtrommel f <förd> (Bandantrieb, Bandumleitung) ™ conveyor drum; conveyor pulley; belt drum
(Langenscheidt e-Fachwörterbuch Technik und angewandte Wissenschaften. 2002)

tape drum (mag tape) / Bandführungstrommel f
(Ernst. Wörterbuch der industriellen Technik. 2000)

I think, depending on the context, *~trommel* can be translated as drum, pulley (e.g. in conveying engineering) or as reel or drum (electrical / electronic or other devices) here.
Peer comment(s):

agree Steffen Walter : The fact that Brecherrotoren (crusher rotors) are mentioned points to plant and machinery used in mineral extraction, which is why I think "conveyor/belt drum" to be most appropriate here.
