Cuando el Tesorero o Auxiliar de Finanzas han seleccionado las facturas y las *registran como pagadas*, el sistema automáticamente las registra en el módulo A/P creando un “journal” .

Tengo duda entre "enter" y "record", pero si alguno de ustedes tiene otro término mejor, estaré muy agradecida.
