What is "private placement" in Japanese in the context of an adoption-related form? I understand that it is placement of a child for adoption in a private arrangement, as opposed to "agency placement", which is done through an adoption agency. One of the words that I found in some dictionaries is "私募", but it is used in financial contexts and doesn't seem to be the right word.

"Independent placement" refers to the placement of a child in an adoptive home by a doctor, attorney, or other individual acting as a facilitator.

It seems that "斡旋" is not the right word for "placement" in "private placement", because there is no "斡旋" (mediating?) done in a private placement.
