Italian term

aperitivi a regola d'arte

Italian to English Other Tourism & Travel Description of a Happy Hour
How would you describe this term in English? I need a good adjective here!

il momento più frizzante della serata con musica, cocktail e aperitivi a regola d’arte.

Proposed translations

16 mins

apéritifs that are precisely comme il faut

You might be able to get away with a bit of French, particularly if you want to end-focus the notion of "a regola d'arte".

Otherwise, "perfect aperitifs" has an attractive assonance to it.

lovingly made aperitifs

just another option
In my opinion "cocktail" in this context is no-go: not least because it appears before "aperitivi" in the original text so it would be a repetition. Also because (in this neck of the woods anyway) the "aperitivo" does not necessarily involve cocktails. It is often just a glass of wine or beer accompanied by savoury snacks.
