I've posted this answer after searching for the exact meaning of a pop-up window: A window that suddenly appears (pops up) when you select an option with a mouse or press a special function key . Since pop ups (تطفو) over the screen, I would suggest الطافيات
for pop ups, and blocking them will be لجم الطافيات
