agree Nesrin : You're right!! However, "fixed term deposit" is also used in the sense of "deposit for a limited time", eg here http://www.railcu.org.au/download/TC_Fixed_Term_Deposit_Sept... (see page 2, item 1)

Hi Ahmed - it seems that Atef's suggestion is more common, so I would go for "time deposit account".

Fixed Time Deposits

Actually all suggestions are correct, except that they are مربوطة; i.e. fixed to a time or term.
Time deposits may not necessarily be a moving or active account as they are deposited all at once and drawn out all at once at the end of thier tenor.
