: Me gusta, sólo cambiaría trepidante por "estrepitosa", así se usa en Argentina y me suena a más movimiento. Si vives la vida con un ritmo estrepitoso.....

Gracias Marina. Estrepitoso implica ruido (IMO). Un pacemaker es un marcapasos y un ritmo trepidante es un corazón desbocado, vivir a tope... ;-)
